I’m a Breathwork Facilitator + Intuitive Business Coach for Lady Coaches
My life has consisted of people telling me that I can’t do what I want to do.
Sadly, there were times where I believed them. When I didn’t believe them I was able to walk the hard road to freedom and that is the theme of my life. On the outside, it looked like I was constantly making things more complicated. On the inside, I knew that I was following my intuition.
...And THAT does not fit into the norms.
They said go to college I went to travel as a missionary
They said get an office job, I got job on a trolley train
They said to get married, I dated for 9 years... and counting
They said grow up and get your own place, I stayed with my parents to build my business
They said to focus on my Dutch to get a scholarship, I became fluent in English (by watching tv with a dictionary at hand).
Proving to people that you can have what you want is my fuel. I believe no one should settle for anything less than what they want. That's why the motto for Hey Sheedia is; “Your Business Your Way”.
Not settling for what you want doesn't mean that the journey is easy.
It requires a lot of self-trust, the root of confidence.
It requires being willing to stand alone.
It also requires being ok with temporary defeat (often referred to as failure).
Trust me when I say, it's SO Freaking Worth IT!!!
After all the hard work, disappointments, failures, tears, shame, guilt, and loneliness, I now live life on my terms. I get to help my clients change lives and earn a nice income doing so.
Showing people that you can have what you want is my fuel.
The world can't afford a few more generations of worn-out women who accept limitations on their dreams and ability to earn. Women who preach "it is what it is, we just got to deal with the struggle".
Being a Lady Coach is about breaking beyond the limitations women have faced for far too long and creating a healthier way of life for ALL WOMEN.
By all women I mean all women .
Black, White, Latina, Trans, Asian, Brown, Indigenous, and anyone who identifies as a woman.
Lady coaches specifically have powerful tools and gifts that will make our world a better place. Lady coaches not only impact their own life but also their family, friends, community, city, country, continent, and the rest of the world. Their life stories prove that you can have everything you learned you wouldn’t be able to have as a woman.

Where were you born & raised?
I was born and raised in Curaçao, where I currently reside.
How many languages do you speak?
I speak Papiamentu, Dutch, English and (rusty) Spanish
Favorite TV shows?
Tv Shows I loooove: Undercover Billionaire, Handmaid's Tale, La Casa de Papel, New Amsterdam, Chicago Fire, Manifest, Survivor and The Real Housewives of Potomac/Atlanta/Beverly Hills. (I even have a Trello Board where I track my tv shows)
What do you do when you’re not building your online empire?
When I'm not working, I'm watching tv shows, chilling in a hammock, painting, listening to music, hanging with my boyfriend, or making random noises out loud (yes, people do find it annoying).
Do you travel?
I love to travel. I've been to 16 countries and 5 continents. I'm mostly fascinated with African, Middle Eastern and Asian countries.
Fav food?
Asian cuisine is the best thing that was ever invented.
Fav drink?
My favorite drink is water.

I'm a 4x High School Basketball champion
