Breathwork is an active meditation that uses a 3-part breath. It's a healing breathing technique that allows for deeper spiritual connection, physical and emotional release.

Sheedia is an Advanced Certified Breathwork Facilitator through Revelation Breathwork.

It's not recommended for pregnant women to do Breathwork. So if you know that you're pregnant, it's best to sit it out. Unless you just want to relax and listen to the music.

In general yes. Though there are some service-based businesses that I work with from time to time. A lot of the same concepts apply to all service-based businesses. So that's still possible.

DIY solution: search for the words teachable and Sheedia in your email inbox. If it's the correct email address, you should have a welcome email for the program.

Assisted solution: send an email to hello@heysheedia.com including your name and the different email addresses you could have used.

Here are a few things to check if that happens:

1. Are you logged in with the correct email address?

2. In case of a subscription, have you canceled the subscription?

3. Have you missed any payments?
